Below are details for My 65 gallon mixed reef.
Below is a pic of my sump. It is a wet/dry filter with the Bio Balls removed, and a Excalibur in sump skimmer. The return is a RIO 2500. I use filter pads for mechanical filtration and also use carbon continuosly.

Additives
I use Two Little Fishes C-Balance for my Calcium and Alk additions, they are on drippers. My calcium stays at 500 and the alk stays at about 12.
Routine doseing is as follows:
Monday morning- 10ml of SeaChem's Reef Plus
5ml of Kent's Phytoplankton
Thurday Morning- 4 drops of Lugols solution
5ml of Kent's Micro Vert

Lights
I currently have 330w of VHO and 110w of PC (blue) for a total of 440w over my 65. The bulb config is one daysun one 03 actinic and one daysun. All are URI 46.5" bulbs. The compacts are 7100K and are 55w a piece.
My 125 will have 3 400w Metal Halides. A radium in the middle and Ushio 10k's on the ends. Not sure if I will use supp's yet.
